The Kushan Empire covered much of what is now Afghanistan, Pakistan and Northern India from about the first to the third century AD. They grew wealthy controlling trade centers on the Silk Road and on the Indus River and incorporated elements of the Greek, Roman, Chinese, Persian, Indian and other cultures into their lives.
The Kushan ring takes inspiration from The Kushan Empire (what is now Afghanistan, Pakistan and Northern India) and weaves in the intermix of Greek, Roman, Chinese, Persian and Indian elements into its design, just like the Kushan Empire did into their culture by controlling trade centers on Silk Road and Indus River, in order to grow their wealth. The Kushan design exudes power, abundance and wealth, with its powerful polished silhouette. It showcases an original Kushan coin in a beautiful tarnished patina bronze. This coin is a collectable from the 3rd century AD and its rustic vintage look adds to its authenticity, making this ring a one-of-a-kind collectable piece. Wholesale available, only original antique Kushan coins are used, handmade in Bali.
